With the release of new gun policy data, the goal was to create an interactive experience that made complex findings accessible without diluting their impact. The challenge was balancing statistical depth with clarity and engagement across diverse audiences.
My Role
I led the project end-to-end, from concept to delivery, structuring the content and data into an interactive narrative.
I crafted the visual system, interaction patterns, and motion details, building prototypes to ensure the experience felt cohesive and aligned with Giffords’ brand.
Solution
A story-driven experience visualizing the different types of gun violence across the U.S., using interactive modules to make complex data accessible and actionable.

Results & Impact
The interactive launch generated 31% higher average time on page, reflecting sustained engagement with the newly released research.
Newsletter signups increased 27%, converting engaged visitors into ongoing supporters.
